Meet the Team

Gumbo Bros began with two recent LSU grads living in NYC, a city renowned for its culinary scene but lacking in authentic Cajun food.

We started small, selling at food festivals and catering tiny apartment parties for homesick Cajuns and curious yankees alike. Our philosophy is straightforward: make everything by hand, ship as much product from Louisiana and the Gulf Coast as possible, and have a damn good time doing it!

Before we knew it, we made a name for ourselves, getting featured on the Food Network, Food & Wine, Forbes, Fox News, The Today Show, and The New York Times, just to name drop a few.

Fast forward 10 years, we've moved back South and we're still serving up the delicious dishes we grew up on.
