Serving sizes & rice:
One gallon of gumbo yields 16 standard cups and feeds 12+ people. Each gallon includes two quarts of rice
One quart of gumbo yields 4 standard cups and feeds approximately 4 people. Each quart includes 16 oz of rice
Need more rice? Just let us know. Additional rice is available for a small added charge.

Pickup dates are set and must be selected at checkout
Utensils are not included. Disposable utensils are available for an additional $1 per guest
